LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES :

 

Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. 

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

RETURN &/OR REFUND POLICY :

 

We will provide you with a refund or credit on full-priced items If :

​

1.  The items are in original condition.

2. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed

3.  You notify us and return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt

4.  The items are faulty and it wasn’t noted in the description. Please keep in mind that each piece has had a past and is expected to have regular wear, fading, or    minor faults. These will always be noted in each description so read carefully before buying. We are a vintage store.

5.  The items received are different to the goods you have ordered

 

After examining the item(s), we will inform you of whether you have the right to reimbursement of the amount paid (excluding shipping) or exchange.

You must return the item(s) in saleable condition without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, upon delivery.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved we will refund you by your original payment method. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account.

The shipping costs incurred for returning your item(s) to Flâneurs Vintage for credit or refund are at your own expense.

We strive to collect only the best pieces from around the world and when we present these awesome pieces to everyone we ensure we give a detailed description including all signs of age, wear and tear. We work with vintage pieces only so every piece has had a life and a story and for this reason we ensure when we pass these on to the next owner the items is sold "as is" and starts its journey with its original history.
